libasync-interrupt-perl software package provides module to allow C/XS libraries to interrupt perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libasync-interrupt-perl
libasync-interrupt-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libasync-interrupt-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libasync-interrupt-perl *
You will get with libasync-interrupt-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
